Debut Groundwater CMF appearance!

Jake was thrilled to be involved in his debut Groundwater Country Music Festival.

The weekend was full of highlights including performances at the Broadbeach mall stage as an acoustic trio as well as performing the Oracle Stage with his full band.

Being uncharted territory, Jake was unsure as to what sort of reaction he would receive from the Broadbeach crowds, but to no surprise the support that Aussie country music fans show to their up-and-coming artists was overwhelming. ‘The vibe was unreal; the crowd was so engaged and enthusiastic! I cannot wait to come back at Groundwater’ Jake says.

 Jake is always one to embrace collaboration and this was no surprise as he accompanied Abbie Ferris on guitar and backing vocals for her sets at the Broadbeach Mall, Oracle and Surf Parade stages.

Jake also found time to tie in other aspects of his skills and business providing photo and video work through Jake Davey Studios to artists such as Seaforth, Travis Collis, Viper Creek Band, Fanny Lumsden, Chloe Style and Abbie Ferris.

Jake is defiantly one to keep an eye on over the next twelve months with so much in the pipelines to share with his fans.
